Easy chewing and with good digestibility, it protects deciduous teeth as well and helps kitten pass through weaning period. The antibodies from colostrum gradually decrease 4-10 weeks after birth, and kitten’s own immunity system has not fully grown yet. Kittens in this stage are in a window period. THE WEANING KITTEN DIET is specially added with immune complex factors- multiple natural anti-oxidation complexes, taurine, mannosan (MOS) and β-glucans, which help promote kittens’ self-immunity. Due to the lack of digestive amylase, younger individuals have more difficulties to digest carbohydrates. THE WEANING KITTEN DIET with low carbohydrate formula is more suitable for weaning kittens.
